    Great workshop for those who are new to yoga, haven’t been on your mat in awhile, or just want some extra practice working on basic postures and alignment. Class will focus on building a strong foundation, alignment and linking breath with movement. Introducing students to basic postures and building on each week. Starting to work on building strength and flexibility. Intimate class setting makes this series the perfect way to start a yoga practice. We strive to make our students feel comfortable on their mat, teaching from a place of compassion and accepting everyone just they way they are. So come with an open mind and a willingness to learn, let go, and more importantly have fun. Get out of your head and on to your mat! Namaste
    Bring a mat if you have one if not we have some at the studio, water and a small towel.

    Practicing yoga while pregnant helps you maintain your center as everything else, including your body, shifts. Preparing you emotionally and physically for the journey of your childbearing year, this class will offer yoga asana, meditation, mindfulness techniques and deep relaxation. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy, experienced practitioners as well as pregnant women new to yoga.

    Class meets 6 consecutively Sunday’s
    10:30-11:30am at our Woburn Studio.

    45 min SPIN followed by 60 min YOGA

    Class will start at FITHOUSE then go to CENTRE.
    45 minute spin class Next door at Fithouse followed by a 60 min yoga class at Centre. Yoga class will be a designed to compliment spin class and incorporate stretching and restoring specific muscle groups.

    The spin class is held next door at FITHOUSE. All students should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Cycle shoes are available to rent if you do not have them. FITHOUSE supplies towels but be sure to bring a bottle of water.
    After the spin class we will go to CENTRE STUDIO for the yoga class. Please bring your mat, towel/yogi toes, and more water (lol) we do have mats at the studio for those who do not have a mat.

    After the yoga class everyone will recieve a bottle of fresh pressed juice provided by NOURISH YOUR SOUL.

    Cost is $30 *MONTHLY MEMBER COST IS $15*

    What to expect:

    Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. We will meet at the trail head in front of 74 Hillcrest Parkway, Winchester and leave at exactly 10am. Please park you car on the forest side. This is a partially residential area.

    The first part of the workshop will be the hike. Laura will guide you on a mellow hike/nature walk for 45-60 minutes. This hike will have no more than a 300 ft elevation gain. There are a couple places you may work up a sweat, but it is accessible for the average yogi. The trail will lead us to an outdoor studio where Laura will guide you through a mindful slow flow vinyasa class for 60minutes. The yoga will be centering and relaxing with beauty of Nature all around us. Once the yoga session is complete we have a 10 minute hike back to our cars and your off to enjoy the rest of your day!

    We recommend wearing sturdy sneakers or hiking shoes and comfortable clothes. It’s also good practice to bring a small backpack and a second layer in case our unpredictable New England weather decides to throw us a curve ball. You may choose to bring a Yoga mat or towel in your bag as well… but if you’re not afraid of a little dirt and pine needles… feel free to leave those at home, just be weary of sap!

    The Fells Reservation is one of Massachusetts best kept secrets. Being only 15 minutes outside of Boston and right off 93 it provides the perfect location to get away without having to go very far. Its rolling hills and gorgeous water views will make you believe you’ve been transported hours away into the forests of New Hampshire or Vermont… you won’t believe your eyes :)

    Yoga of 12 Step Recovery

    Y12SR combines the practical tools of the 12-step program with the ancient wisdom of yoga. Combining the two, creates a model that truly addresses addiction as the physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease that it is. Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behaviors of others.

    This is a open and inclusive group. All A’s are welcome.

    Wear comfortable clothing.

Feel pampered as you lay down on bolsters and blankets to release deeply held tensions you may not even be aware of. Set in an inspiring atmosphere of glowing candles, soothing music, and lavender eye pillows. Kerri will lead you through a series of restorative yoga poses, delightful stretches and a guided meditation that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga is great for everyone. Be prepared to lose track of time and feel like you took a mini vacation.
