PRENATAL YOGA SERIES w/Karen
Practicing yoga while pregnant helps you maintain your center as everything else, including your body, shifts. Preparing you emotionally and physically for the journey of your childbearing year, this class will offer yoga asana, meditation, mindfulness techniques and deep relaxation. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy, experienced practitioners as well as pregnant women new to yoga.
Class meets 6 consecutive Sunday’s 10:30-11:30 led by Karen Cullen
*must have 6 enrolled in order to run series.
